In-water support
All our swimming teachers are in the water with the children, accompanied by multiple pool helpers. This ensures every child receives the personalised help, attention, and support they need.
Confidence building
Teaching in the water allows us to build confidence quicker, focusing on the details of technique while maintaining a calm and supportive atmosphere.

From water confidence to competent swimming
Our swimming lessons are designed to take your child from initial water confidence to becoming a competent swimmer. We focus on building stamina, core strength, and lung capacity, all while developing essential stroke techniques and water safety skills.
Building water confidence
Starting from birth, we encourage water confidence by gently introducing children to water through playful activities. This early exposure helps them grow up without being scared of water, laying the foundation for future swimming skills.
Developing competent swimmers
We aim to develop competent swimmers who meet the standards set by Swim England, Royal Life Saving Society & Royal National Lifeboat Institution. This includes being able to swim a minimum of 100m, tread water for at least 30 seconds, perform a star float for at least 60 seconds, and have experience swimming in clothes.
